SAFE : Safety Awareness For Everyone
The aim of SAFE is to eliminate unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. Any employee can stop any employee for doing unsafe acts or praise any employee for safe acts. For the unsafe act, clarification should be provided about the dangers related to his act and then report it in a SAFE card. For the safe act, encouragement or thanks should be given. HSE department will review these SAFE card observations to identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and to modify our procedures or any additional training required to eliminate these unsafe acts.

MSA : Management Safety Audit
This is a behavioral audit where all the Managerial / Supervisory Levels participate. Two persons make an Audit team and visit any employee working at the yard for a general audit. This audit is conducted on monthly basis.
