MIS First GCC Company To List On Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE)
Date: June 21, 2007

MIS announced today that it had successively achieved a listing on the Oslo Bors main list, the regulated main securities exchange of Norway. The listing was achieved on May 22nd when MIS started trading. The trading symbol on the Oslo Bors is "MIS". Trading and public information for MIS may be followed by accessing the Oslo Bors web page, selecting English, and typing in the trading symbol "MIS". Alternately, trading activity may be followed on Yahoo Finance by entering the symbol "MIS.OL". Other news and financial results may be found on MIS's web page.

MIS decided to list on the Oslo Bors because it is a first class European exchange heavily weighted in the energy sector. The Oslo Bors's indexes have shown significant positive gains during the last three years, primarily because of their weight and gains of energy sector shares. With MIS's current business development for the new build jack up rig contracts being handled primarily by Norwegian ship brokers, the Oslo Bors is an ideal exchange for MIS.

Jerry M. Smith, MIS Managing Director, stated, "MIS is proud to achieve this goal and be the first GCC company to list on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Listing on the Oslo Bors has given a tremendous benefit to MIS's shareholders with respect to value, liquidity and possibility for price appreciation. With MIS's growth in backlog to over $700 million and record 2006 and 1st quarter 2007 revenues and profits, its market position should strengthen with respect to its peers. The listing has also given a big boost to MIS's reputation, as our organization and administration and financial policies and procedures have been proven to be in accord with the International Financial Reporting Standards and top quality companies listed on world class stock exchanges." MIS is a Panamanian registered company with its major fabrication base and shipyard in Sharjah,UAE and corporate office in Dubai, UAE. MIS provides integrated onshore and offshore engineering, procurement, fabrication, maintenance, construction and shipyard services including oil, gas and petrochemical processing equipment, marine, structural and new-build offshore jackup drilling rigs, site installation, construction, commissioning and shipyard services, professional, technical, operational and safety services.
